清潔空氣輸送率（CADR）測(cè)試
A.l Scope of Application適用范圍
This standard shall be applied to the testing method of Clean Air Delivery Rate capability of "air cleaner".
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于“空氣凈化器”潔凈空氣輸送速率能力的測(cè)試方法。
A.2 Test Conditions試驗(yàn)條件
If not specified otherwise, air environment conditions for test are as follows.
a) temperature: 23±5°C
b) relative humidity: 55±15%
如未另行規(guī)定，試驗(yàn)的空氣環(huán)境條件如下
a）溫度：23±5°C
b）相對(duì)濕度：55±15%
A.3. Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) capability清潔空氣輸送率（CADR）能力
A.3.1. Test Device 測(cè)試裝置
Test device shall meet the requirements as below. For any items not specified in this annex, general methods are
applied試驗(yàn)裝置應(yīng)滿足以下要求。對(duì)于本附件中未規(guī)定的任何項(xiàng)目，采用一般方法。
A3.1.1. Test Chamber 試驗(yàn)箱
A.3.1.1.1. Structure and Shape 結(jié)構(gòu)和形狀
When Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) is more than 0.1 m3/min and less than 1.6 m3/min, it shall be tested in a chamber of 8.0±0.5 m3 and when it is more than 1.6 m3/min and less than 16.0 m7min, it shall be tested in a chamber of 29.5±1 m3, when CADR more than 16.0 mVmin, it shall be tested in a chamber of 50.0±l m3. The test chamber, as shown in Picture Al.4, shall be of a rectangular parallelepiped shape (regular hexahedron is possible).
The inside of the test chamber shall be structured with anti-static panels. The test chamber shall be equipped with high-performance (above HEPA) filter that can supply air that meets background concentration (4.1.1.2), an inlet connected with a control valve, and an outlet connected with a damper thatdischarges excessive indoor air automatically.
當(dāng)潔凈空氣輸送率（CADR）大于0.1 m3/min小于1.6 m3/min時(shí)，應(yīng)在8.0±0.5 m3的試驗(yàn)箱，當(dāng)大于1.6 m3/min且小于16.0 m7 min時(shí)，應(yīng)在室29.5±1 m3，當(dāng)cadr大于16.0 mvmin時(shí)，應(yīng)在50.0±l m3的室中進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。測(cè)試如圖A1.4所示，腔體應(yīng)為矩形平行六面體（可為正六面體）。試驗(yàn)室內(nèi)部應(yīng)配備防靜電面板。試驗(yàn)室應(yīng)配備高性能（HEPA以上）過(guò)濾器，可提供滿足背景濃度（4.1.1.2）的空氣，入口與控制閥連接，出口與自動(dòng)排出過(guò)量室內(nèi)空氣的阻尼器連接。

A.3.1.1.2. Concentration of Background Particles
Concentration of background particles inside the test chamber: It shall be below 3><105 Count/m3 per particle of 0.3
背景粒子濃度
試驗(yàn)室內(nèi)背景顆粒濃度：每粒0.3粒應(yīng)低于3><105計(jì)數(shù)/m3。
A?3?l?l?3? Air Tightness
Air tightness of the test chamber shall meet more than 80% of initial particle concentration per particle of 0.3 “m
after 20 minutes. Here, measurement procedure shall in compliance with 4.2.2.
氣密性
試驗(yàn)室的氣密性應(yīng)滿足每粒0.3“m顆粒初始顆粒濃度的80%以上。20分鐘后。此處，測(cè)量程序應(yīng)符合4.2.2的要求。
A.3.1.1.4. Concentration of Test Particles
In the test chamber, a particle generator and a vortexer shall be installed in a way that test particles can have uniform
distribution of concentration spatially in a short time period. When measuring, the initial concentration of particles
in the test chamber shall be 1 ?3 x 108 count/m3.
試驗(yàn)顆粒濃度
在試驗(yàn)室中，應(yīng)以試驗(yàn)顆粒均勻的方式安裝顆粒發(fā)生器和渦流器。短時(shí)間內(nèi)濃度的空間分布。測(cè)量時(shí)，顆粒的初始濃度試驗(yàn)室內(nèi)應(yīng)為1?3 x 108計(jì)數(shù)/m3。
A?3?l?l?5? Number of Test Specimen試樣數(shù)量
The number of test specimens shall follow Table Al.l by the rated air volume of test specimen.根據(jù)試樣的額定空氣量，試樣數(shù)量應(yīng)符合表al.l的要求。

A.3.1.1.6. Installation Position of Test Specimen 試樣安裝位置
Test specimen shall be installed where is specified in the instruction manual of a product. In case it is not specified
in the instruction manual of a product, the followings are applied. 試樣應(yīng)安裝在產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書規(guī)定的位置。產(chǎn)品使用說(shuō)明書未作規(guī)定的，按下列規(guī)定執(zhí)行。
- A product (test specimen) of desktop type and desktop/wall mounting shall be installed near wall and on a desk
top 70cm above from the floor. - Floor type shall be installed on the floor near a wall side.
- For wall mounting-exclusive type, the bottom of the product shall be installed 180cm above from the floor.
- In case of installation of 2 test specimens, the center of the test specimens* chambers shall be symmetric with each
other.
a）桌面型和桌面/墻壁安裝的產(chǎn)品（試樣）應(yīng)安裝在靠近墻壁的地方，并安裝在離地面70cm以上的桌面上。
b）地板類型應(yīng)安裝在靠近墻側(cè)的地板上。
c）對(duì)于壁掛專用型，產(chǎn)品底部應(yīng)安裝在離地面180cm以上。
d）如果安裝了兩個(gè)試樣，則試樣室的中心應(yīng)對(duì)稱。
A.3.1.2. Generation of Test Particles試驗(yàn)粒子的產(chǎn)生
A.3.1.2.1. Particles Generator粒子發(fā)生器
It shall be able to generate more than 107 counts of particle per second when potassium chloride solution is sprayed.
Picture A 1.5 shows the example of a particle generation device.噴灑氯化鉀溶液時(shí)，每秒應(yīng)能產(chǎn)生超過(guò)107個(gè)顆粒。圖A 1.5顯示了粒子產(chǎn)生裝置的示例。
A.3.1.2.2. Handling of Generated Particles產(chǎn)生顆粒的處理
A particle generator shall be designed in a way particles of potassium chloride can dry up before they enter the test
chamber. Dried particles shall be neutralized through a particles neutralizer such as a beta or gamma radioactivity
generator or a corona discharge (air) ionizer. The generating element of radioactivity shall have more than
5millicurie of radioactive energy.顆粒發(fā)生器的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)確保氯化鉀顆粒在進(jìn)入試驗(yàn)室之前能夠干燥。干燥顆粒應(yīng)通過(guò)顆粒中和劑（如β或γ放射性發(fā)生器或電暈放電（空氣）電離器）中和。放射性發(fā)生元件的放射性能應(yīng)在500萬(wàn)居里以上。
A.3.1.3. Particle Counter粒子計(jì)數(shù)器
A particle counter shall be auto light-scattering particle counter specified in KS B 6336 or the same or better kind
than that in terms of performance. It needs noting that a particle counter shall have more than 4 size channels of particle between 0.3“m ~ 3“m.粒子計(jì)數(shù)器應(yīng)為KS B 6336規(guī)定的自動(dòng)光散射粒子計(jì)數(shù)器，或與性能相同或更好的類型。需要注意的是，一個(gè)粒子計(jì)數(shù)器應(yīng)具有4個(gè)尺寸在0.3“m~3”m之間的粒子通道。
